Titanium cookware is the most popular for ultralight backpacking and my personal favorite. As a raw material, is one of the lightest of all the material options. Despite being super light, it is extremely strong (on par with steel) and is known for being highly corrosion-resistant. Because the material is so thin, it can transfer heat efficiently without using too much fuel. Note this is sometimes not ideal for "slow-cooking" as it can burn things.
